Phil Miller is a veterinarian, family man, and public education advocate with a strong record of service in his community. He grew up on a family farm and developed his love for animals as an active 4-H member. After winning a special election to claim the seat in 2017 and coming within 37 votes of being elected in 2018, Phil is fighting harder than ever to represent his community once again.
