Helen Probst Mills understands the struggles of everyday North Carolinians. Even in the face of tough battles – from losing her infant son, to battling breast cancer – Helen has always stood strong and given back to her community. Now, as North Carolinians demand change, Helen is stepping up to make a difference in the state legislature.
