As a third-generation small business owner and leader on Whidbey Island, Helen Price Johnson knows that it’s time for a change. After breaking ground as the first woman elected to the Island County commission, Helen is determined to bring her hometown experience to the state Senate to be an outspoken voice for small towns, small businesses, and rural communities.
