Glenn “Chip” Curry

Chip Curry knows how to fight for Waldo County in Augusta because he’s done it before. His career as an educator, academic advisor, and youth development advocate has been driven by a calling to help people of all ages reach their highest potential. Chip is a proven community leader who will keep everyday Mainers at the top of his mind in the state Senate.

  • Supported hundreds of community initiatives to improve children’s lives through his service on the Maine Legislative Taskforce on Quality Afterschool Programming and on the governor’s Children’s Cabinet
  • Volunteered as a set builder for Searsport District High School’s Theater Department for the past 24 years
  • Recognizes the importance of a well-rounded education and is committed to fully funding public schools
