Ed Rajsteter

Retiring after 40 years of working in the financial services industry, Ed Rajsteter turned his energies into helping Granite Staters break the cycle of drug and alcohol addiction that punishes so many of our families. As former President of the Friends of New Hampshire Drug Courts, a first in the nation statewide nonprofit drug court support organization, Ed has been on the front lines of the opioid epidemic; marshalling community, business, and government resources to help these addiction victims receive treatment and be fully reintegrated as members of society. Ed is running for the state House to transform more lives and build towards a more equitable New Hampshire.

  • Former director of nonprofit that provided addiction-recovery services, crisis, and substance use disorder support to victims across northern New England
  • Recipient of Advocacy in Action Award for his work with Friends of Grafton County Drug Court
  • A community leader who will continue to fight for an equitable criminal justice system

As the political cycle progresses, the page will be constantly updated to highlight critical new races across the nation, and bring national attention to the strong, progressive candidates who are on the frontlines of the fight. See our past victories.
