Dawn Adams spent much of her career working as a nurse practitioner before serving as director for the Office of Integrated Health for the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. Elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in 2017, Dawn has sponsored a number of bills seeking to improve the health care of all Virginians — including legislation increasing the number of dental hygienists.
