Creigh Deeds

Creigh Deeds has lived a life of distinct public service. Beginning in 1987, Creigh has served as a commonwealth attorney, state delegate, and now state senator since 2001. Reforming Virginia’s mental health system has been Creigh’s top priority for years — and he hopes to continue the progress he has made if elected to another term in office.

  • The American Psychological Association Practice Organization named Creigh their 2015 State Legislator of the Year
  • Advocate for affordable health care who fought for more affordable prescription drugs for seniors and Virginians with disabilities
  • Has been a leader on efforts involving criminal justice reform and environmental conservation
