Cindy Holscher

First elected to the state House in 2016, Cindy Holscher has spent her time in Topeka diligently fighting for fully-funded public schools, access to affordable health care, and domestic violence reform. Cindy has lived in Johnson County for twenty years and is deeply passionate about investing in the future of her community.

  • Helped form the House Bipartisan Women’s Caucus, helping cut through the partisan gridlock and ensuring the Kansas legislature works for Kansans
  • Voted to add over $500 million to public school funding and for Medicaid expansion and introduced legislation to reform antiquated domestic violence laws
  • Will work to fund essential programs, build a strong environment for economic growth and keep a balanced budget in the state Senate
