Carlie Kotyza-Witthuhn grew up in a union household and came to Minnesota for school. She developed a deep love for the state and its people, and decided to build her life and career in Minnesota. As a first-time candidate, Carlie made history by narrowly defeating a GOP incumbent and flipping her district seat blue in 2018. Carlie is geared up to win her re-election bid and continue bringing her fresh, steady perspective to the state House.
